1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Nellimart, registering an account, submitting bulk procurement requests, or confirming orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Wholesale Quotations & Pricing

Nellimart specializes in wholesale agricultural commodities, staples, millets, spices, and packaging materials:

• Quotation Validity: All issued B2B quotations are valid for the time period specified on the quotation document (typically 7–14 calendar days) due to market commodity fluctuations.
• Price Revisions: Prices displayed on the public catalog are subject to revision based on volume, packaging grade, and delivery location. Final agreed prices are confirmed via official quotation or sales order.
• Taxes & Duties: Applicable GST and statutory government levies are itemized on official quotations and tax invoices.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

An order is deemed confirmed only after:

1. Acceptance of the formal quotation by the customer or online checkout confirmation.
2. Verification of product availability and dispatch schedule by the Nellimart sales desk.
3. Receipt of agreed advance payment or credit arrangement verification.

4. Quality & Commodity Standards

We source authentic, export-grade agricultural goods and natural commodities. Due to the natural characteristics of agricultural harvests (such as millets, rice, pulses, and spices), minor natural color, grain size, or harvest variations may occur without compromising certified nutritional or export specifications.

5. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfers (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS), verified online payment gateways, and approved corporate credit accounts. Official GST tax invoices accompany all shipments and are accessible via the customer dashboard.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

• Pre-Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to dispatch by contacting our sales desk. Administrative or packaging restocking fees may apply for custom private-label bulk orders.
• Post-Dispatch: Once freight has been dispatched, cancellation is subject to our freight recovery policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nellimart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unavoidable transit delays, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
